It's been roughly two months, I myself wandering around to the field of digital and social media marketing. It's pretty much exciting to be a part of HeySuccess Internship Challenge Session IV as I found many new and challenging things to be learned in every given weekly tasks. The best thing about this internship is that everything I can do (and learn at the same time) from my comfort-zone, Home, Office or anywhere else! Because this internship is actually online based-project which is based in London. But wait....at the first thought the tasks are going to be completely easy haha I might be completely cute and innocent of thinking that way. I didn't realize how special and extraordinary my working fellas that come from almost 80 countries from all over the world. Then imagine my face be like....
You know the moment is more challenging for me when I realized that in the scoring chart they put my country after my name. Oh man, as a young diplomatic soul, yeah I have no other option aside 'working my ass off' for this session. My score was slipped once in the week 2, but the rest of the week result quite surprises me ✌ You may see the hot scoring chart and also the journey glimpse here. By fact, not only interns that learn from this session, but they (HS HR Team) are also learning from us. It's seen on how they try to improve the details of scoring for us. I must admit that we are interns from session IV are special and critical in some positive ways.
So now you guys might be wondering what I was doing there, I can elaborate them in very details here but promise me you won't fall asleep, haha no kidding! Briefly if you guys noticed something like this
That's one of my jobs, virtual promotion and publication. The posting becomes favorites to many as I spread many crazy opportunities such funded trip or scholarship for students in many countries - particularly Indonesia. Beyond that, we also dealt with Quora, Prezi, Twitter and also TrustPilot. If you are familiar with these names, good you have the talent to be marketing star! :) Next, there was a special tasks such CV Upgrade and also Final Conference Project. These two are so special for me because it has its own colors for the story :P
One of my wishlists before graduation is by making my own projects that will be useful for many youth. Because in the past I had the experiences of such, but the thing is the project concepts and workplan wasn't mine.Through this internship, God showed me the way yeay!! The idea of HeySuccess Forum 2015 comes together with the other amazing three interns from Indonesia, Marselina and Annur. In reality check, the route of making project realization is perfectly like this haha:
Well No need to say the 'how, why and what' here, but it's definitely worth experience that I will never forget! I almost once reached the level of frustration by facing some certain challenges (sounds like so dramatic haha) but Life is sometimes fair, God always gives me his 'expect the unexpected' surprises that help me along the way. I couldn't believe that I can have my junior and best friend in Senior High School in my team. They are so adorable like angels without wings that help me to find solutions over the problems we faced. I am so thankful of their presences - Raka Andrea Hartawan and Handi Yoga. Dudes, you should know that you guys are awesome, Thank you for making HeySuccess Forum 2015 happen. My wishlist is now checked by your awesome help ;) It's huge success to all HeySuccess Indo Team, we really worked hard for it:
So this week is the final week where we are waiting their official announcement who are the winners from this session, apparently they have prepared something really special for the winners I believe so. But I have no idea who is gonna win, all of interns are same amazing and outstanding, this is definitely hard job for them to decide. but yeah let's hope for the best for everyone! In fact whoever the winner is, we all learned many irreplaceable things from this supper internship challenges. These of priceless experiences and our hard works will be paid off soon in the future. Lastly what I really wanna say is that Deciding to be a part of this internship challenge is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!

waah halo thank you for sharing this. I was just wondering if someone from Indonesia would share their experience being an intern at HeySuccess and I found this post! I just want to ask, is it possible if I apply for internship and work with my full time job at the same time? thank you
Hi G, Yes You can do both at the same times, some of my intern fellas previously having same condition as yours. But I find it prioritizing your full time job as the most important choice, don't let this internship mess up your job. Because it's more certain, well you will find the reason why once you come to the last part of internship. Anyhow, Best of luck for your internship journey as well as your job! :)
